Who is responsible for your information?

UGM Inc is owned and operated by Retail Media Network Limited, incorporated in England and Wales, company number 09258086. Information we collect

When a publisher registers, we collect its business and contact details, listed sites or apps, publisher type, audience and traffic ranges, monetisation environments and formats, revenue mix, technology stack, priorities, optional revenue ranges and the publisher’s contact and public-site review choices. A later Publisher Stack Profile may include registered domains, monetisation technology, geographies, audience context, contribution to the stack, satisfaction, optional cost or value notes and renewal dates.

When an ad technology vendor registers, we collect company and website, contact name and role, business email, LinkedIn profile, product category, market, publisher problem addressed, evidence, integrations, commercial model, dependencies and pilot proposal. Contact enquiries include the details and message submitted through the form.

We may review public monetisation signals on sites a publisher registers only where the publisher has chosen to authorise that review. We label publisher-confirmed information separately from publicly observed signals and UGM assessments. We do not access private ad platform accounts or request platform passwords.

Google Analytics processes website usage information only after you select “Accept all cookies”. It is not loaded under the basic-cookie choice or before consent. See our Cookie Policy.

Why we use it

We use publisher information to understand its revenue model and immediate needs, assess its stack, consider relevant technology or routes to advertisers and brands, and contact the publisher about its registration. We use vendor information to assess product capabilities and fit against publisher needs. We use contact details to respond to enquiries and technical information to operate and secure the service. We rely on legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating this service. Analytics runs only with your consent.

Storage, access and sharing

Submissions are stored in a hosted database through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Access to registration records and publisher stack details is restricted to authorised UGM administrators. The administrator console requires Site sign-in and an owner allowlist. Information submitted in a registration is not published on the public website. Cost, value, satisfaction and renewal details are private by default and will not be shared with a vendor without the publisher’s agreement.

Submission notifications may be sent to our internal support inbox through Resend when that integration is configured. Email delivery failure does not remove a saved submission. We do not sell personal information. If a potential match is identified, we seek agreement before sharing a publisher’s profile or contact details with a prospective vendor, advertiser or brand.

International processing and retention

Our hosting, email and analytics suppliers may process information outside the UK or EEA. Applicable supplier arrangements and transfer safeguards govern that processing. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to assess and follow up the opportunity, then review them for deletion or anonymisation unless an ongoing relationship or legal requirement justifies longer retention.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
